Cận cảnh dần các tác phẩm tiêu biểu trong triển lãm “Âm vang một thế kỷ Nghệ thuật Việt Nam”

Ở mảng trưng bày tiếp theo, người xem sẽ gặp một tác phẩm không ký một hiện diện gợi mở, như cho thấy đây là một bức tranh tuyệt phẩm, hẳn phải được sáng tác bởi một họa sĩ bậc kỳ tài. Tác phẩm tạo nên một khoảng lặng thú vị, để người xem suy ngẫm về hành trình lưu giữ, sưu tầm và những câu chuyện phía sau mỗi tác phẩm.

Bên cạnh đó là các tác phẩm của Nguyễn Phan Chánh, gợi nhắc tinh thần dung dị, giàu chất Việt và vẻ đẹp bền bỉ của ngôn ngữ tạo hình mang tính truyền thống, nhưng luôn thể hiện sự khác biệt qua kỹ thuật thể hiện điêu luyện.

Tác phẩm chân dung của Évariste Jonchère ghi lại hình ảnh một phụ nữ Việt Nam với vẻ đẹp mộc mạc, trầm tĩnh và đầy nhân hậu. Bút pháp chắc gọn, màu sắc tiết chế, tập trung vào biểu cảm khuôn mặt và ánh nhìn, cho thấy sự quan sát tinh tế và cảm xúc chân thành của hoạ sĩ trước con người và đời sống bản địa.

Lương Xuân Nhị, một gương mặt tiêu biểu của hội họa Việt Nam, mang đến cảm thức thanh nhã qua những đường nét bút chì phác thảo, như bước chuẩn bị cho các sáng tác trên lụa về sau.

Ngô Thế Tân là chồng của họa sĩ Lê Thị Lựu. Tác phẩm hoa tĩnh vật này mang vẻ đẹp dịu dàng, tinh tế, cho thấy ít nhiều ảnh hưởng từ phong cách hội họa của Lê Thị Lựu, đặc biệt trong cách xử lý bố cục và sắc độ nhẹ nhàng.
